Have you been thinking of working out, or have been but need coaching to get to your goals? Well, you have come to the right place.


Whether you are looking to lose weight, get more stability and range of motion, or build strength. Together we will create a program for you to reach your goals within a reasonable timeframe.


The program is curated in a way that we can work with your schedule to create a routine that is manageable and accessible even for those with busy schedules. The program is flexible and offers a Virtual option.


What you get with Personal Training sessions:


  • Instruction specific for you and your goals
  • Ask questions + connect with me between sessions. Feel confident in your workouts.
  • Break down exercises and form that make it accessible for you
  • Meet weekly In-Person or Virtual (virtual available after initial 3 months)
  • Solo workout(s) are assigned as needed between scheduled sessions
  • Access to InBody Composition testing through Abate Wellness and EmergeCryo Woodbridge (not included in packages but can add on)
  • Your gym or mine
  • Let's have fun and get you started on your Fitness journey!

Private Yoga  for individual


Semi private (2-3)

Individual and Semi Private-

Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for years. We will work together to specifically work on your goals.


We will meet you where you are in your practice while creating a space for you to explore and dive deeper. The program is curated specific for you!

What you get with a private session:


  • Instruction specific for you.
  • Ask questions and feel comfortable in your own space
  • Equipment + props are provided
  • Break down poses and learn at your own pace
  • Have fun and explore your practice


Small groups-

Looking for a special event like a bridal party, or a regular class for your moms group?
