Have you been thinking of working out, or have been but need coaching to get to your goals? Well, you have come to the right place.


Whether you are looking to lose weight, get more stability and range of motion, or build strength. Together we will create a program for you to reach your goals within a reasonable timeframe.


The program is curated in a way that we can work with your schedule to create a routine that is manageable and accessible even for those with busy schedules. The program is flexible and offers a Virtual option.


What you get with Personal Training sessions:


  • Instruction specific for you and your goals
  • Ask questions + connect with me between sessions. Break down exercises and form that make it accessible for you


  • Meet weekly In-Person or Virtual (virtual available after initial 3 months)


  • Solo workout(s) are assigned as needed between scheduled sessions


  • Access to InBody Composition testing through Abate Wellness and EmergeCryo Woodbridge (not included in packages but can add on or purchase through EmergeCryo


Training packages range in training frequency from  1 - 3 sessions a week depending on your goals and schedule.
